Are they giving you credit and leaving it unmodified (mostly) ?
That's what I ask for. Just mention your requirements in the
copyright.

Andrew Gierth has an interesting copyright on his UNIX programming
faq. Try the mirror at http://www.whitefang.com/unix/ He forbids
anyone who isn't an *.answers mirror from putting up public copies
without his permission -- basically.

IANL but I'm sure this brings in complications in terms of being
fair to previous maintainers.
