I'm looking for tools that fit the following -
- supports multiple authorship for a series of FAQ documents
- runs as a web based application
- handles production of both web and text formats
- supports feedback mechanisms ("did this page help?")
- suitable for intranet use
It doesn't have to be free. The closest I've come so far is
FAQ-O-Matic, which is an Apache application. It appears that
the Python FAQ Wizard might work too. I'm personally fond of
Blogger as a tool, but since it doesn't let you re-order entries
easily it probably won't work.
thanks
