That way, you have the same info, it's clear that the URL refers to his
page, but you don't have to HTML two references to the same info and you
therefore have a smaller file size.
I list the URLs for anyone who is reading the FAQ-- that way, the info is
handy and readable on lynx, graphical browsers, newsgroups, printed copies
from any of those sources, etc.
