Although I am not one of the news.answers people, I am a member of the
MIT Student Information Processing Board, a volunteer group which
(among other things) provides computing resources to its moderators.
As such, I am pretty sure that there is a shared queue which you can
(and probably must) access by logging into a SIPB-maintained machine.
I could easily be mistaken, though; anyone with actual information can
feel free to correct me.
