I guess I'm one of those: I discontinued one of my FAQs effective Jan. 1
(or maybe Dec. 31), sent in a notice, & got a response from a robot
acknowledging my notification.
I just stopped posting updates, & the world hasn't come to an end (so
far); but I find that there are some archives that still carry the most
recent revision, & I haven't found out how to get rid of that. I suspect
that the best way to discontinue a FAQ is to post one final revision
saying, in its entirety, "This FAQ has been discontinued," so *that* will
be the one that's archived.
