Thanks for the resurrection, though I was puzzled by the reaction of
some about the mail. Tom Betz certainly came down a few pegs in my
estimation, and in duplicate for good measure :-(
I stopped maintaining the FAQ that got me on this list about 3 years
ago, in part because I couldn't get permission from the new.answers
moderators for additional parts etc. I have today unsubscribed from your
new list but I wouldn't mind finishing the job on my old FAQ... in the
spirit of better late than never.
The last time I dealt with Pam Greene was about 3 years ago at
pgreene@ATHENA.MIT.EDU ... since I have no desire to write again to
news-answers-request@MIT.EDU and get another bot response asking me to
wait 134 days, I think I will write her directly and check. If you have
a more up-to-date address, please let me know. Thanks!
