The first step is to get it approved for news.answers; most, if not all, of
the other FAQ archive sites derive theirs from the news.answers archive at
rtfm.mit.edu. See http://www.faqs.org/faqs/news-answers/guidelines/

news.answers moderator response is very slow this month but should speed up in
a couple of weeks.
