Either use the FAQ server autoposter.
Or there is this hack for Outlook Express <g>
1. Fire up Registry Editor.
2. Navigate down
Local Machine/Software/Microsoft/Outlook Express/News
3. There should be a key called Moderator. Change this from 0 to 1.
4. Exit Regedit.
Exit and restart OE.
Create a new news-post, and select View Full Headers. And another header
(Approved:) appears, set this to the moderation address of the newsgroup.
Hope this helps.
