If you'd format your FAQ in Minimal Digest Format, then
www.faqs.org will create a separate file for each section,
with an index and links. For example, I can answer a
question about hemoglobin A1C with the URL

Yes, you'll have to change your format. A good text editor
should be able to do it with a small script. You may think
you have a better format (I did and in some ways still do)
but a standard format has some real advantages.
