The site's top page has a rather different FAQ collection that seems
to consist entirely of off-site links, and it's not in nearly such bad
shape. But if you are handing out URLs of the form
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/my-faq/
better make sure not to leave out those "s"es. I've recently had to
correct one person who was publicly claiming that www.faq.org was
the correct URL for my FAQ, on the strength of his not having been
able to reach www.faqs.org that day...
It might be a good idea to try to get this site to remove the collection
(perhaps with a redirect to faqs.org), since they don't seem to be
willing to maintain it properly. I'm not in the mood for an argument
this morning but maybe someone will take up the problem.
