Yes, that is the source.
^Thankfully it seems to have passed. Since my ISP does not honor outside
^cancels or supercedes I was seeing "double" on and off there for a while.
It passed in your neighborhood. It's still going on in other parts
of the net.
The HipCrime NewsAgent stuff is why there's so much talk about
dropping supersedes altogether. The only reason many people still
are allowing them is for FAQ's, apparently.
