Odd Post of FAQ from Faq Server?

I just noticed that the FAQ server at MIT.EDU reposted my FAQ.

It posted automatically as expected near the first of the month already.
This one posted by itself. I didn't issue any FORCE command.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
