faq server poster restarted

The faq server poster was hung up for a couple of days (waiting for a response
from inews, apparently); the MIT staff killed the recalcitrant inews process
and thing seem to have proceeded OK. In any case, a huge number of faqs were
autoposted today, so if you've been waiting for it, it may have appeared by
now.

In the meantime the autoresponder was shut off (and may still be -- I haven't
checked) because we've suffered a HipCrime attack (somebody forges cancel
messages, to which the autoresponder replies, scaring the innocent FAQ
maintainer into thinking we're about to cancel his/her FAQ posting or are
about to blame him/her for trying to cancel someone else' posting).
