Re: 4 stages of FAQ death

Sometimes life overtakes the maintainer of a FAQ. I have not posted a new
release of the humanities.classics FAQ in several months, both because I've
been busy dealing with other things and because there is a (slow) movement
afoot to revise the FAQ completely, probably splitting it into three sections
with different maintainers.

Since the split is taking longer than any of us thought, I had already planned
to post the current version once again on 1 September.

I've not been approached by anyone from *.answers, nor has the lack of a recent
posting been noted in the newsgroup, so I don't think we're in danger yet, just
wanted to comment on the issue.
