Web publications have the same authority as print publications,
if they go through the same or similar review process.

I wouldn't maintain a hard-and-fast rule about commercial names
in the Linux FAQ. I think it's a judgment call that every maintainer
must decide for herself.

Btw, what is "PHB?"
