Just my 2p worth, (Hi Paola!), but I think one thing which would be
useful would be to search for ISPs by various search criteria such as
free ones or less than a particular cost a month and in conjunction with
various other criteria such as cost of support, amount of web space and
reliability for instance. I see quite a few requests for info on ISPs
and generally this is the sort of thing people are after. Maybe you
could set up a search engine and sell advertising on it and maybe have
the site funded in part by the Internet society or the ISP association?
