FAQs done by commercial companies aren't always bad, although I've found most of the good
"commercial" FAQs come from small companies.

I've had offers from commercial sites for links in several FAQs I mantain but most of the time I
respond with "Have something on your site which the readers of the FAQ would find useful, and
I'll include it".

The one instance where I've included a commercial link otherwise is for a peice of shareware
(of which I got free registration) which I use to mantain a FAQ, I felt justified in including a link to
it because it helped the FAQ and newsgroup directly.
