I have one at http://www.scot.demon.co.uk/q-html.html which I use to
maintain two HTML FAQs from plain text versions. The program does the
necessary HTML conversions and also splits the FAQs up into one html
file per topic.
Take a look at http://www.scot.demon.co.uk/scotfaq/contents.html to see
some sample output.
