I usually say only if they *automatically* mirror it or
pick it off from the Usenet feed. I would not trust myself
to remember to mirror manually, and I see no reason to
trust anyone else -- not when they can so easily link to
the up-to-date copy at rtfm.mit.edu or www.faqs.org.
