Hear hear! Haven't we all been newbies at one point? While this may not
be a newbie problem, it certainly suggests that he who has never made a
deliberate mistake should cast the first abuse message.

Why not moderate the whole list? If you had rather lax policies, you
could just use the moderation to eliminate SPAM, and any occasional
incidental binaries/massive files.
