Devin, speaking for faqs.org I will try to follow the guidelines you
referenced and others relating to accessibility. I only can do so on
pages I create or auto-generate. (I'm going to check the generation
shortly...)

You're right to mention this since there seems to be a misconception
that you can't have it both ways...
