I do know that MIT's newsfeed is not perfect. (This is in
no way an indictment of SIPB; it is essentially impossible to
keep up with a full Usenet newsfeed these days without massive
expenditures of money and effort.) MIT is one of the places I
occasionally look for articles which haven't made it my primary
ISP (whose newsfeed is also less than perfect), and I can tell
that MIT misses plenty of articles, too.
This says nothing about MIT's outbound propagation, of course,
which I have no data on.
