It lets you add the header in question through a simple,
documented modification, not through patching the exectuable.
However, it has other flaws. You can't _add_ headers, so things
like the Summary: and Expires: have to be left out.

Again, for the record, I personally keep my FAQ announcement typed
up in a text file which I paste into a telnet session into my ISP's
SMTP server. You can't get significantly better insurance against
header garbling.
