The link you give for "linuxdoc-sgml" is way out of date. The product
is now called "sgml-tools" and it is now maintained by Cees de Groot
(cg@evrl.xs4all.nl). The web address is <http://pobox.com/~cg/sgmltools>.

The latest version is available at <ftp://ftp.nllgg.nl/SGMLtools/v1.0>.
