All of the software involved in news.answers moderation will accept
any of the three forms of a From: header, i.e.

From: user@domain.com
From: user@domain.com (Comments here)
From: Terry User <user@domain.com>

The guidelines request that you let us know when your From: header
changes, so we can update the List of Periodic Informational Postings.
One of the functions of the archive maintenance scripts is to compare
the From: header in the most recently stored posting with that listed
in the LoPIP, so we can catch changes in address or maintainer. A
cahnge only in the format of the header will be brought to our
attention, but we'll certainly see that that's all it is, so it's not
a big problem.

In short, go ahead and use whatever software you can get to work.
Once you've worked that out and you know exactly what your From:
header will look like, if it's different from what you said it would
be, we'd appreciate a note.

BTW, if anyone's interested in collecting all the how-to-post-FAQs-
with-newsreader-X articles into a FAQ, I'd be glad to have somewhere
to point people.
