Also, it seems that there are two bills currently in work (one each
in the House and the Senate) "dealing" with UCE. The Senate bill is #1618,
and I can't recall the House bill number at the moment...
After reading them, it seems they will just make things worse.
After all, where does the enforcement of such a bill come from?
