You may want to consider the possibility that the person who complained was
absolutely clueless as to the difference between Usenet and email. This is
actually a common problem with new people using software like Netscape
Messenger, where the difference is minimized. I've gotten two such
complaints in several years of posting 5 FAQs, and as far as I can tell,
that was the cause.
