You send it the FAQ once, and it posts it automatically for you at the
specified interval. When you do an update, you just send it the updated
version, and the FAQ server uses the updated version for all future posts
(until you send it another update).

All handled by E-mail.

There's some info about the auto-poster in the *.answers guidelines FAQ.

And for detailed instructions, send a message to <faq-server@rtfm.mit.edu>
with a subject of 'help' and a blank body.
