Well, the hipcrime supersedes attacks continue unabated. I've seen a
couple of posts suggesting that their news admins are simply
discarding all supersedes articles now.

Is supersedes going the way of cancel in the control-message lexicon?

Is it time for me to hack my ancient version of auto-faq[1] to remove
the supersedes header?

[1] auto-faq 3.1.1.2 (with some homebrew mods). Yes, it's ancient,
but it works just fine for what I want it to do.
