I'll see what I can do about having the faq-server only bounce back
the headers; I don't think many people are failing to keep copies of
their own FAQs any more. (Is anybody on this list counting on getting
back a full bounce?) In the meantime, you can minimize bounce
bandwidth by only sending one updated part at first, and waiting to
see if it's successful before sending in the other parts.
