Not wanting to beat a dead horse (not much anyway) but if the messages
are all identical, smart transport software can "collect" messages going
to the smae host, and thus reduce the number of messsages sent, and so
speed up the process...can't they?
In line with soem other posts, perhaps we should set up a
FAQ-Bench-racing list, so that we can discuss "intriqeing" questions
like this without muddying up the main list...
