[Yuck. I don't like this new list software *at all* - in particular,
putting the recipient's address in the message-id is a spamware trick,
and I normally bounce such messages.]

It's Grubor making a nuisance of himself. (Note the Pittsburgh
posting-host.)

He's basically targetting the news.admin.net-abuse.* groups; everyone
posting there has been sendsys-bombed over the past couple of days.
