For what it's worth, rtfm only seems to have gotten part 2 of the latest
posting of my two-part jpeg-faq. (But ohio-state has both parts up to
date, and so does altavista.)
So based on this very small sample, I'd say that rtfm's newsfeed is
a bit erratic now.
