This is almost as frequently asked a question as "What tools can I use
to convert HTML to text / text to HTML / foo to bar?"
I meant to also add:
But since nobody has gotten around to writing an FAQ for the faq-maintainers
mailing list, don't feel *too* bad. (On the other hand, there *are* the
mailing list archives available on rtfm.mit.edu.) Even if nobody has
volunteered to write an FAQ, perhaps the answer to this question could be
added to the faq-server help file as part of a few sentences listing
common reasons why submissions to faq-server "fail".
