The current plan is as follows:
- FAQ maintainers who give permission for their FAQs to be included
get a T-shirt and/or a copy of the book.
- Major contributing authors, FAQ indexers, etc. get a lump sum payment.
- If there are royalties left after both of those, most or all of them
go to some Worthy Cause. What that Cause should be is what we're
trying to determine.
It's clear that the book isn't going to generate nearly enough money
to completely fund a FAQ Consortium, so other sources will be needed
as well.

to talking about the proposed FAQ Consortium however it may be funded,
