I would suggest it is AOL who are out of step here.Perhaps you should
suggest that the AOL user complain to AOL and/or take their custom
elsewhere.
By the way, a couple of people kindly e-mailed me pointing out that
I sent my message to the entire list by mistake. It was Monday; if
you think that's bad you should see what I do by Friday!
