A consistent and reliable contact point. The only major complaint
about the OSU archive has been the inability to contact anyone
to get problems corrected, badly outdated files removed, etc.
But this has been a persistent problem.
Outdated files has been the second most mentioned problem. If
rtfm.mit.edu quits archiving, GET RID OF IT!
Kent Landfield has worked to solve these problems and add
numerous enhancements at faqs.org. It might be very profitable
to find a way of working together to make sure the conbined
resource remains reliable.
