Point taken, but this `one HTML page per section' is awfully annoying
when you want to browse a FAQ, especially if it contains many short,
but closely related sections. Many FAQs have their sections bundled
in chapters, so perhaps that a `one HTML page per chapter' is a not
altogether unreasonable compromise.

P.S.: Tom, sorry about the yanked copy in your mailbox. Forgot a key
stroke when inserting the Cc: header :-(
