I would like to second this. I feel so strongly about it that in my
HTML source I include this in the <HEAD>:

<LINK REL=print HREF="ftp://ftp.omg.unb.ca/pub/ambisonic/faq_v2_7.ps">

Yep, a PostScript version just for dinosaurs who still use paper. I
guess I am in a minority of one using this <LINK>, so see little point
in suggesting the equivalent be added to the auxilliary header.

Again, I second this. My FAQ source file is in HTML and I generate a
formatted text version using "save as" in the Mosaic browser. While I
have incorporated stuff solely to accommodate text to HTML converters,
I do this unwillingly because for me this is a retrograde step.
