One thing I think should be mentioned is could people please not use
notation like 3/11/96 . In some parts of the world this is the 3rd of
Nov while in others it is the 11th of March. Please use 11-Nov-96 or
something like that.

Also I like the way people who have a "Changes to the xyz FAQ" have a
[No changes] in the subject line if their are none. Makes it very easy to
check FAQs I watch.
