This will work if you don't want a table of contents on your HTML page.
While Word will handle the numbering in text (converting to HTML), it
won't handle the links from question to answer, since the question part is
generated on the fly... you'll need to recode all the question to answer
links yourself or use a Fine-like parser to make that code for you...
