You are using Microsoft Word to maintain the document.

Your should be set.

Get the Internet Assistant patch from Micosoft and maintain an HTML
version of your document using the styles/templates (I haven't trained
up on this yet) that go with the Microsoft HTML patch.

Dump the FAQ to HTML with Word and to 72-character ASCII with
Lynx. Otherwise you have to fight with Word to teach it that it
wants to typeset the document in Courier, or whatever it takes to
get the 72-character margins right. This way you get both an
HTML and an ASCII version of the FAQ for the execution of two
filters.
