Pro:

One document to maintain, makes life MUCH easier

Con:

AOLers can't read your FAQ since they can only handle 32k chunks last I
checked...

Some systems still have size gateways set up, but I think they're rare.

I split my FAQ into 13 parts (makes it easier to read the section you're
interested in; plus its about 365k in one chunk) and while it is drag to
maintain it (Since I use legal notation (1, 1.1, 1.1.1, etc.) if I add a
new base question, I have to change the numbering in all subsequent
sections)
