Well, I'd read it this way. Your archive completely duplicates the posted
material. That violates fair use provisions of copyright law - meaning
that the abuser still maintains the rights to his postings. If he doesn't
want you to keep them public, I'd imagine he's within his rights to do so.
Since this is such a new area of law, I don't know if this is actual legal
policy, or just theory. Before he emails your administrator, talk to him
about it.
