Here is a dumb thought post it to one and news answers at the start of
the month, and the other group in the midle of the month. on the alternate
times post a pointer to the oposite group. every one gets it once a
month, but it gets out twice a month..set the other stuff in the headers
so it will stick around in each group on systems that use the headers..
