Considering the possible thousands that read those newsgroups, if you
have only gotten a couple of concerns, I wouldn't put much weight in
it. It's not spam, it is info!

I guess it could be worth considering posting a "pointer" to the FAQ
instead of the whole thing, but IMHO, I don't think 100K is big. After
all, the point of the posting is to make it accessible to everyone and
as easy as possible. If it causes others to hit the delete-key, I
think it is an important trade-off. Especially when you consider there
are still many people who don't have full internet access, so web pages
might not be an option for some.
