Someone's already mentioned Infinite Ink's list. There's also a long
list of international WWW, FTP, gopher, mail-server, and otherwise
accessible FAQ archives at the end of the *.answers Introduction,
ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet/news.answers/news-answers/introduction
