One could be snarky and say altavista.digital.com!

The web does not need a central site... Both my wife's skating FAQ and
the alt.tasteless FAQ have a home on achilles.net, but that is a
co-incidence. IF an FAQ is put on the web, it will be found by looking
at alta-vista, or another search engine. Your FAQ may be anywhere on the
web and still be usefully located.

If on the other hand you want to see a site that makes usenet posts
automaticaly accessible, then try DejaNews

(search for the topic _and_ faq)
