FAQs are copyrighted material. If someone wants to excerpt a FAQ on a
website, adding their own graphics, it is because the information is a
*draw* -- it gets people coming to their pages (as opposed to a mere
link, which simply outsources the information).

Payment for copyrighted material is currently standard procedure.
