As it's spelled out somewhere in the guidelines, posting on specific
days of the month is not recommended, in order to avoid overload on days
that would be posters' favorite (eg. the 1st)...
For a similar reason I do not specify intervals in multiples of 7
either, so as to move the days of the week around.
